Registered Beahvior Technician

As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with children, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. You’ll play a critical role in helping children learn new skills and reach their goals in home, community, and clinic settings.

  • Key Responsibilities: Follow therapy plans, collect data, and collaborate with team members.

  • Ideal Candidate: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and loves working with children. RBT certification required.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Our BCBAs lead the development and oversight of individualized therapy plans for children and families. You’ll conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and provide ongoing support to ensure meaningful progress for every client.

  • Key Responsibilities: Create therapy plans, conduct assessments, train RBTs, and monitor progress.
  • Ideal Candidate: Certified BCBA with leadership skills and a passion for family-centered care.

Administrative Support

Join our team as an essential part of our operations. You’ll handle scheduling, communication with families, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes for staff and clients.
